And as you continue to drift deeper and deeper down now, so comfortable, so very relaxed. I am going to present some suggestions to your subconscious mind, suggestions which you are going to find reasonable, acceptable and in your best interest. Every day at the time of your choice you feel restless, every day at the time of your choice, you feel the urge to do something. Every day at the time of your choice you feel that you must engage in some activity. You have the urge to do the exercises that you want to do, you feel so good when you exercise, and no matter what that exercise is. You find yourself breathing deeply as you exercise. You breathe from the diaphragm. You begin to exercise briskly. You find that it is fun to exercise; it feels good when you start exercising. You find yourself stretching, your body automatically becomes erect and looser; you exercise freely and easily. Each and every moment that you do exercise makes you feel more vigorous. Each and every moment that you exercise, makes you enjoy more the sense of well being throughout your body. You breathe deeply and you enjoy the movement of your exercise. You enjoy the sheer feeling of being alive and you feel very much alive and you exercise in this way for however long you wish to. You enjoy each and every moment of this exercise. When you’ve completed your exercise for the day, it’s perhaps with a faint sense of regret; you realize that your exercise session is over. Tomorrow or the next day, you will exercise a little more so that you can have more enjoyment and when you exercise, you feel completely refreshed, emotionally serene, calm and self confident, mentally alert. Ready to do whatever comes next. it’s the most wonderful feeling after you exercise. Every day you are enjoying the strength and coordination of your body. to move is to be alive and to be alive is fun. Every day you get more fun out of your life, every day is better than the day before now…I’d like you to

Notice how you move easily, gracefully, naturally, making all the movements energetically with enthusiasm, vigour and vitality. Feel the blood rushing through your veins bringing healthy, life sustaining oxygen over your vital parts. Each and every moment of exercise makes you feel even more vigorous. Each and every moment that you exercise makes you more determined to attain and maintain a state of physical and mental health and well being that you so want and deserve. You thoroughly enjoy each and every moment of exercise. and you look forward to it each and every day. It always leaves you feeling physically refreshed and emotionally serene. self confident, mentally alert. Ready to do whatever comes next. Each and every day your joy and the strength and coordination of your body increases. Each and every day you are more and more motivated to do those exercises that you know you should be doing. These feelings continue to grow, with each and every passing day in every conceivable way, to help you become and remain the person you will be, want to be and deserve to be. All of these suggestions are planted deeply, permanently and firmly in the deepest reaches of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious automatically accepts, retains and acts upon all of these suggestions to help motivate you to perform and exercise each and every day. In a moment you will return to your full awareness. I will count from one to five. When I reach the count of five, your eyes will open and you will be wide awake. One…coming up more and more, feeling wonderfully good about yourself…Two…completely and totally relaxed…Three…you are perfect in every way, physically, mentally, Four your eyes now feel as if they have been bathed in pure fresh spring water
