Eyes of Love
This is good for increasing clients self appreciation and making client more peaceful. Take this nice and slow and allow time for assimilation.
Say…If it is appropriate, close your eyes and think of someone who loves you or deeply appreciates you. Remember how they look and imagine they are standing in front of you now. Ask client to their nod head when they can see this other them…after confirmation…then instruct them to gently step out of your body and into the body of the person who loves you. See through their eyes, hear through their ears, and feel the love and good feelings they have as you look at yourself.
Really notice in detail what it is that they love and appreciate about you.
Recognise and acknowledge those amazing qualities that perhaps you didn’t know about yourself until now.
Step back into your own body and take a few moments to enjoy those good feelings of knowing that you are loved and appreciated exactly as you are.
As you feel those good feelings just touch your [Index finger] and [Thumb] together and press hard, letting those good feelings flow through your body, to every part of you.
Remembering that every time you touch finger and thumb together, that those good feelings will be there, flowing all through you to all parts of you instantly.
Say something like…and that feels good now does it not? Watch for yes signal.
